This symbol (an ankh) is the symbol I chose to use for my first tattoo, as I'm sure many of you are aware it's meaning is of eternal life (the round of at the top is meant to be a womb, while the long bit at the end is meant to be a dick, pretty ironic for a gay guy hey.) I'm aware that it's a pretty common tattoo to get, but I like the meaning of eternity it derives. I like how this theme has transferred (apologies for my tenuous link here) to fashion with the new galaxy print trend, as seen in works like Christopher Kane, who I think has now just released his men's line and holy shit, check out these bad boys:
